WORK WITH ME

With all the other Brokers out there, why should you choose to work with me as your buyer's agent?  Because I have the skills and experience to help you with this exact situation.  Let me explain...

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker that specializes in investment property because that's all I've done for my adult life.  With a degree in Building Science and a Master's in City Planning, I built my business from one small condo to over 100 units, bringing in over $80,000 a month in a rent.  I've collected almost 10,000 rent payments over the last 20 years of being a landlord.  Try to find another agent with that on their resume!

About 5 years ago. I decided to downsize and find a better balance in my life.  So while my living expenses are still being covered by rental income, I like to work with investors who want to buy their first place or their next place.  Whether your goal is to find a place for your kids to live in during college, for your family to use for game weekends, or just you just want to add some rentals as part of your financial strategy & retirement plan.  I've been personally involved in deals as small as $36K and is large as $3.4 million, which gives me a unique perspective and the wisdom of experience to see around the curves in the road so you aren't driving blind.  Oh, and if you are interested in foreclosures or 1031 exchanges, I've done those too.

If you want someone to show you a beautiful big house for your family to live in, I can recommend tons of great agents in Auburn that can do that.  I don't pretend to know their business.  But if you want to make money in this business as an Investor, you'll have to learn how to evaluate properties differently and buy them for different reasons.  And I think I'm the right person to help with that job.  I'm very familiar with the mix of excitement and fear that you are feeling right now.

If you want to work together, I've left my email and phone number below, as well as on the Contact page.  I'm already looking forward to your call, and ready to get to work on your behalf.
